One Year

I have been one year on my sober journey. I set out to answer the question “would life be better without alcohol?” I can honestly say it has been.

Patrick 6.5

I debated setting Patrick up in the house with a movie and bringing paints inside- but I painted the other two in the studio, so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I tried, but it was virtually impossible for him to sit still.  I wish I videotaped the session. “Why do old people’s teeth fall out” was just one of the many interesting conversations we had!
I tried my best, but I will try to do better next time!

Iron Man (Ian)

As a model he is more active, and sitting still is not his favorite, but as he tends to do from time to time, he was able to rise to the occasion.

Alexandra

Adjusting to a very different schedule due to Covid19. No school, no sports, and no social engagements. Had my first live studio model. She did great. A lot of chit-chat and conversation. The perfect muse.
